"I brought my wedding dress to be cleaned after the wedding and they couldn't get any of the grass or dirt stains out of it. It didn't look any different after I got it back. And they still charged me full price."

"Worst nightmare! Brought my wedding dress in to be steamed before my wedding and they dry cleaned it! Brand new, never worn dress! But they assured me everything would be fine with the dress and not to worry. Not the case. And charged me full price. The first thing I noticed was I had a few marks of green towards the bottom of the dress. My dress has a Corset which the bridal shop had it all set for us so all we had to do is tighten it which no longer was the way I brought it in. On the top of my dress in the back, wasn't able to be fastened because on part was no longer there. The embroidered on the top of the dress a few of them were no longer stitched down. And the stays just didn't fit right anymore. The top of my was no longer the same. Then it was time to Have my dress bustle, that was no longer able to happen because they had numbered each matching pair so they knew which one went where was washed away. So the money I spent on that was a waste. When I called to complain Kurt offered to clean my dress at no charge. I'm thinking to myself, isn't that how I got to this place when all I wanted was my dress steamed."

"They have done a great job each time. Even sending you a text when you're order is ready for pick up. You have 60 days to pick up your items but may have been stretched since Covid."

"I dropped off my down comforter to be cleaned. I received a call the day before I was to pick it up that it had been damaged. I was very upset to hear the news. However, Daphne from Pilgrim Cleaners took care of the situation and reimbursed me for my loss. I was having people over to see our bedroom which we had remodeled including a new comforter so she rushed the payment to me so I could order a new one. Things don’t always go as they are planned but due to Daphne there was a silver lining in all of this. I highly recommend Pilgrim Cleaners. If something should go wrong they will never leave you out to dry."
