Fast and friendly customer service by all employees. I feel like I can email or call Peter when ever we have a change in service, and he is so fast to respond. The delivery people are always at our house the time they say they will be, and are so nice if you happen to see them. We were living in a condo building last year, and they were willing to come all the way up to our floor to get our diapers. We had no problem trusting them to come into the building with a key and grabbing the diapers. Now we are in a house, and the transition was very smooth.
