"This team is really awesome! We just bought a house and the previous owners had two great Danes and a cat. The smell was unbearable. My wife and I were refered to by a friend of ours and we decided to give them a try. They were able to not only eliminate the dog smell, but were able to scrub out the grime out of our stove! "Appalled and beyond upset and I have pictures to prove it. I picked this company because of the high reviews and I am so disappointed and angry. We used them for a move-in deep clean, we have a newborn on the way and I am 9 months pregnant so I needed the place in top shape, which they knew. I was quoted $250-300 for a 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse. I was charged $417. We asked for kitchen cupboards and drawers to be cleaned, they weren't, see photos. We asked for the walls to be cleaned, they weren't, see photos. The top of the bathroom mirror was covered in dust, see photos. Cob webs in the corners of the ceiling, vents left with dirt in them. Please tell me why I am on my hands and knees cleaning after paying over $400 for this company to come into my home? Will be calling to ask for partial refund, may edit review upon their response."
