"Worst service ever. After providing a quote of $200 for 1 room and 6 stairs, I declined service. Scott then offered a discount of $100. However, only after the service was completed and I stressed my concerns I told that the discount did not include everything from the initial quote such as spot treatment. My stairs looked as though they had never been touch. I stressed my concerns and Scott offered to re-clean them but for an additional price of $50. Scott took advantage of me. I would never recommend him."
