This could have quickly turned into a dangerous carbon monoxide situation for our family and pets. Super friendly and great communication. Tim R and Robert W were out the next morning and did a full removal of our old unit and seamlessly installed a new one in just a few hours. With the forecast calling for the coldest temps of the year arriving in a day or so, their attention and focus to getting the job done and done right was very reassuring.
