"If I could give this place a rating of less than 1 I would have. I had an oil change and valve cover replacement done earlier in the month. Two days later my wife's car lost oil pressure and I had to drive 30 minutes to pick her up on the side of I94. When arrived oil was all over the inside of the engine compartment and the dipstick showed no oil in the engine. I then had it towed back to the Big Lake Location. A day later my wife got a call to come get the car because it was all done. With no explanation of what happened, no offer to cover the cost of the tow or refund the faulty work that was performed. I'll never ever use this place again and I will tell everyone who asks to avoid the place"

"Shady business- sold me a battery. A year later told me it was testing low. When I told them they sold it to me- then it was “fine”. Now my car won’t start and they can’t see me today and I have no way to get to work. So ultimately I have to repurchase a battery in order to get to work in the morning. I have been going to them for 2 years and they want to replace and fix things they already replaced or fixed. My husband told me to get a new mechanic due to shady practices."

"I got my truck fixed here back in October, the work they did was decent but communication was horrible. I had to call several times to see what was going on with my vehicle. What I thought would be a day job, ended up taking 4 days. I asked for an estimate the gave me an out the door price. I asked if I could use a coupon. They had at the time and the said yes but didn't deduct it, they also said I was getting a discount for it taking longer and didn't. Last I needed an alignment they never did, but I still had to pay the out the door price!! I was like it should be cheaper if you didn't do the alignment, they guy said no that would have been an additional $119. Well why would they give me an out the door estimate without adding all the work I wanted done?? I won't be back!!"
