"This company doesn't call back for weeks once you've called & left a message for window cleaning. When they do finally call back to schedule a date (3 times) they don't show up & they don't call to say they can't make it out that day. In the meantime, I've been home all day waiting for them. Because I've had them cleaning my windows for 18 yrs. & once again giving them the benefit of the doubt, I call again (for the last time) to find out why. I'm frustrated & I express it & then they hang up on me & said they don't need our business. I find them to be unreliable, extremely rude & VERY poor communication & customer service!!!!"
