"My wife loves Tiffany's!! The staff are very knowledgeable and polite! They have beautiful jewelry!!"
"I’m not sure how a store can be so polite and helpful when purchasing an item, but when returning it less than two months later when a soldered piece becomes detached they are short and slightly rude. Your associate/team member/member of manager made it appear as if she were doing me a favor by fixing a defective piece of jewelry. A bracelet that I have owned less than 60 days and worn only a handful of times. After speaking with a member in your corporate office I was told that your jewelry has one year warranty against manufacturer defects. The piece I brought into you was barely worn, void of scratches and wear and tear. When I asked for a replacement piece I was told no because I was outside of the 30 day return window and “I thought you’d be appreciative with me having this sent out for repair as a one time courtesy for you”. Courtesy? It’s your product that is defective. How is it a courtesy to me as a paying customer to fix your product? While I understand the 30 day return/exchange policy - the shortness of her doing me a one time courtesy of fixing the piece left me speechless. You’re not doing me a favor, your standing behind your product!"
"I walked into the store and was coldly greeted and assigned a sales lady I was purchasing a ring I watched an older couple come in to pick up a repair on a necklace after me - nothing expensive or fancy just the necklace version of my ring - They were welcomed warmly and offered a glass of champagne and chocolates So I thought clearly they must be making a big purchase - it was a repair and I saw it - nothing fancy or expensive I checked out - my ring was not cheap I was not offered a drink or a chocolate or even thanked for shopping with Tiffany and Co I was hurt I felt like Julia Roberts in pretty woman in the shop scene I approached the man at the door when I was leaving, I said how come some people are offered drinks and chocolate -some people are getting special treatment ???shouldn’t that be applied to everyone who’s making a purchase or at least walks in the door? He replied, sometimes we offer it and sometimes we don’t ! clearly favoritism. Clearly, they judge a book by its cover. I don’t know why I wasn’t treated the same however, from this experience I will never buy Tiffany anything ever again. Thanks for showing me how much my business meant and clearly it didn’t matter You people are paid to provide customer service to EVERYONE - think about that ALL people should be treated equal and fairly I am appalled"
"I purchased a bracelet for my daughters wedding in August. I asked what size I should get as it was a gift. The bracelet ended up being too tight for my daughter. I had no idea that there was a 30 day exchange for the bracelet. No one told me and I didn’t even bother to look at the receipt. My daughter was in a severe car accident one month before her wedding. Sadly, she broke both ankles and her leg so she was in a wheelchair. My daughter went to exchange the bracelet after the 30 days and they told her it would cost $70 extra per link. So this would cost her an extra $140 dollars to get the size she wants. Due to this accident she is in a wheelchair and of course cannot drive. The manager at Edina would not allow her to exchange when she came in a week after the 30 days. This makes me so sad that they would not work with her given her situation. So now the bracelet sits in a box. I have bought myself and my daughter other items from Tiffany’s. I no longer am a customer and will make sure I spread the word on their horrible customer service."
