"I took a ring there to be resized. When I went to pick it up, I immediately noticed it had a different sapphire. I asked “what happened to my sapphire? That’s not my sapphire!” Their response was “Oh”. When I pressed further and demanded an answer, they admitted to “losing” it. But could not tell me how it got lost. They said, “It must’ve been when we were cleaning it.” They apparently don’t know how they lost it, which concerns me even more! I believe this is theft by swindle. Stay away from this store! I’m still trying to get a proper replacement sapphire from them two months later! Dishonest, not reputable, and they also did $300 worth of damage to my gold band! I no longer have a ring I can wear."

"Very nice shop. I went in to pick out a wedding ring. I was surprised how much wedding ring inventory there was because it wasn't shown on their web sight. I found a beautiful unique ring and they sized it and and had it appraised while I went to lunch.That's unheard of these days. Every where else they have to send it off somewhere and you don't take it home with you. Friendy knowledgeable staff. Quality jewelry."
