"I have used You Dirty Dog for many years and absolutely loved the service and experience. When ownership change happened I was optimistic that things would get even better. Today I had my first groom experience now that things have changed and I will say I am overall disappointed The groom quality was still very good and the people very friendly and helpful. But i was notified of a very significant price increase and more disappointingly they no longer offer self-service bath options and have removed the tubs that previously existed. To comment back on the owners comment: I assume then that you are ensuring that you are covering the difference of the $20/hour that I have always tipped the groomers there?"

Communication was prompt and style options were plenty. I found a cut I liked from their FB page. Karen also provided magazines to view other options. Our dog's services were done in 2 hours. We are blown away with the results and will be coming back."
