"The shower floor was moldy and gross. The conditioner was empty. The cover blanket had what I hope is someone else's foundation, or could have been blood. It was also on the wall. So gross. I told the front desk staff. They were unbothered, unapologetic and rude. Don't waste your money, the place is unkept."

"Oh my god it was a beautiful hotel! We booked a room because we were going to the Minnesota State Fair and it was very close to the fairgrounds and we got to check in early because we wanted to go the Fair and they had our rooms ready when we arrive and all the staff was so courteous and professional they were willing to help and make my stay enjoyable. From the breakfast to the rooms to the staff to the hotel itself it was a perfect stay! I definitely recommend and will stay with you guys again! And as a former Hilton front desk/night Auditor and now a Front desk agent for a Holiday Inn Express everything was wonderful!!"
