"Brought my doggo Ralph in on Tuesday of this week for a stylish do’ and the stylist and I bonded over rupaul- (idk your name but thank you so much for making Ralph a handsome stylish man!!!) there was a feather in his ear but it’s gone now. They did a fantastic job going a little shorter with him this time around and he’s loving it! Thank you!"

"I have been going to this groomer for 7 years. There was a mixup in time for my appointment today. They blew me off. I came at the same time I have set every 8 weeks and was told it was not that time. No effort to accommodate my dog or reschedule. Not cool. Poor customer service."

I could tell that they made him feel comfortable because it was the first time he wasn’t shaking like a leaf when I picked him up! I am absolutely bringing my Bulldog here once they have capacity for larger breed new clients!"

"The first time I called the phone just rang and rang. Finally the voicemail picked up and said that the mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message. I called back again and a woman answered after the second ring. I told her I was looking to get pricing and possibly make an appointment. She ask what kind of dog I had. I said a husky. She informed me that they are not taking any dogs over 35 lbs as new clients."
