"Found a reoccurring issue with my cat and explained very well what is going on and providing treatment and preventative measures. The length of time it took to get an appointment was fast. Other vet I went to after 3 times didn't find or fix the issue. Was able to sit in an office where the vet checked the cat. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, average pricing. Overall amazing vet!"
"Dr Lynne was thorough with excellent explanations. We will be back!"

"$120 for a "new client" EMERGENCY drop off fee for my dog who has been there before and has an infection in her leg to be squeezed in, in between appointments. That's more than it costs to go to the emergency overnight vets in the twin cities. Guess they're only in it for money now and don't care about the animals. I can't go to my regular vet because I'm just here from out of town. They previously sent my dog home with no pain meds after her spay, and a cat home with no pain meds after surgery on a broken leg. UPDATED: I mentioned on the phone my family has been longtime clients, and while my one dog may not have been seen in awhile, other family animals have. I live in the Twin Cities now and while the ownership may be different Dr. Fransen was there then as well. And it doesn't matter who the owners were the Veterinarian makes the call on the medicine, not the business owner. At least that's how it is supposed to be. And I HAVE had to drop my dog off at my vet before, even overnight, and I HAVE taken a dog to the emergency vet before, and while the clinic says they are cheaper and "possibly" going to charge me that's not accurate. I was told on the phone in no uncertain terms that it would be charged, and despite what they say they are not one tenth the cost. I have no problem paying people for time, but that is an unreasonable cost especially when you don't even accept Carecredit. My veterinary clinic in the Twin Cities charges $40 drop off fee for squeezing in between appointments. So compare that to the $120 fee I was going to be charged."
"Words can't describe how awesome Thea and the team are! They are very friendly, helpful, and they are the only place I will take my dog. My dog is like my kid and he deserves only the best. The best is Companion Animal Hospital!!"
