"Hands down one of the worst store in this community. EVERYTHING IS DOUBLE THE PRICE OF OTHER PLACES. You almost always get bad service, takes forever to check out,and the money you save or get back is ALWAYS a hassle. I suggest if you can shop at Walmart or service food or thrifty white FAR BETTER SERVICE THERE!!!!!"
"After finally receiving a prescription for my sick child I went to Walgreens to pick it up. We pulled up to the drive-thru window and the tech working asked what I needed. I said I was picking up for my child and she said they were currently out of that medication and that I would need to contact other pharmacies to see if they had it. I was almost speechless as I have never been told to track a prescription down myself and I wasn't sure what it was called and instead of writing it down for me she spelled it out. I have never heard of someone having to locate their own prescription medicine. Any time I have needed a prescription, if the pharmacy was out (not Walgreens), the tech or pharmacist would locate it and transfer the prescription if needed. I already felt helpless not being able to make my child feel better and felt hopeless after leaving Walgreens. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere."
"Eta: Went to pick up prescription after waiting 3 weeks for Walgreens to get it straightened out (se below) and sat at the drive up window after waiting 5 min for person in front of me (no problem) and nobody so much as looked at me for 15 min (and I could see no customers at inside counter) I finally called the store and asked them if drive up was closed. They say no and I told them I have been waiting at the window 15 min and nobody so much as looked at me. 7 cars behind me. Unbelievable! Plenty of pharm techs walking around, a couple standing talking, but nobody working the window. Switched my prescription to mail order without letting me know, then typed in wrong date on rx to insurance co so when I needed a refill, it sat in some other store, which I assume was the mail order distribution center,, it kept getting rejected because insurance co has a refill too soon note. Finally got in straightened out after 2 weeks of phone calls back and forth, talked to pharmacist to alert them of the problem so they could let employees know to double check dates, but he, the pharmacist, didn't want to hear it. Will be switching to different pharmacy. The other issues is many times I have a rx to be picked up and still have to wait over an hour to get it because they are "working on it they need to check to make sure it is filled before calling to tell you to come pick it up. Wasted time."."
"This place is horrible they wouldn't let us get our test for COVID-19 which was rude because they wouldn't sign up a date for a different even though we specifically told them that we were going on a cruise the day afterwards. We were trying to get a test for it for a whole week before. They told us that there were no more appointments even though on the app it was just updated to have open appointments on that day. I wish Walgreens could just say it straight forward a week earlier to us... And now we must pay $200 dollars and it's only me and my mother."
"Our Walgreens is always SO clean (and brightly lit) which is wonderful!! The pharmacy & staff are very efficient and helpful. I find it a great place for 'one stop shopping' as they have: photo supplies & processing; LARGE selections of health, beauty, vitamins, laundry & cleaning supplies, paper goods, gift wrap, greeting cards; magazines, games & gifts for all ages; frozen food, dairy, lunch meat, bread, crackers, cookies, chips, nuts, pop & candy; pantry staples, cereals, coffee, tea. β BIG PLUS - many of their prices are LESS than full service stores, good weekly specials and a rewards program."
