"I can't recommend this company. The initial experience with Tricia was fine. We had the normal consult in the office, request for documents and an explanation of a price we might expect. We expected to pay more because our taxes are complex. 2 tax seasons ago we decided to go elsewhere because the fees were very high and they messed up the Roth contribution which resulted in us having to pay back taxes. They wouldn't admit their mistake or pay us back for that mistake. It's not surprising that we were not reimbursed for the difference. What is surprising is that we've had two more occurrences where the tax audit found additional amounts were due. Definitely not worth the extra costs, which you would assume would insulate you from these mistakes leading to back payments."
