"Horrible experience.... I went to this H&R Block location with my CRP form expecting to receive help for my renters rebate. I have been getting different calculations from a couple different H&R Blocks of what I would receive back in a check. So I talked to Patricia Gallagher who is the manager of this location at H&R Block. She is very unfriendly very rude very unprofessional doesn't greet customers with any type of pleasant attitude just a stone-cold look on her face. There are more specifics about what happened the day that I went there but it's not relevant to expose my personal information. Please take my word for this if you have not already experienced it for yourself with this unprofessional individual."
