"I have a chihuahua mix who isn’t always the easiest to care for, but every time I take him to the MARS clinic they go over and beyond to ensure we have the best visit possible. Specifically, my dog suffers from pretty severe allergies; previous vets have pushed expensive pills at us that didn’t alleviate any of his symptoms nor did it really make anything better. When I expressed my concerns to Dr. Ash and her staff, they took the time to get to know my dog and came up with a game plan to give him a better quality of life. We are slowly but surely making progress which is HUGE because we’ve been pretty stagnant with this issue for the past 3 years. I cannot recommend them enough!!"

"I just picked my beautiful Siberian forest cat up from being neutered. They gave him a hideous green tattoo in his ear marking that he’s been fixed. This was not discussed beforehand and would never have agreed to it in his ear being that it’s horrible and extremely noticeable, he is purebred and I did not pay what I payed to have him marked without my consent. On the paperwork I received when it was done I saw there was the option to do the abdomen but was never given that option up front. They made the decision without me. I’m so upset over this … every time I look at him now I just see a huge ugly green mark on his beautiful face."
