"genuinely the worst customer service i’ve ever received. i made a purchase in store yesterday of an item that i was looking at online along with other things and after leaving realized the item rang up almost 30% more than it did online. obviously i understand things can be priced differently so i went in today to ask if they price match their online prices. i didn’t even realize the person standing there was a worker because he was just standing there on his phone but he was the only one around. i asked him and he sighs and says yes so i ask him if i can do a return and rebuy and he very reluctantly says “i guess” with attitude as he logs in. he then begins to lecture me about how i should’ve checked before i left the store. then he points at the keypad and says “card.” and there’s someone else waiting behind me and he says “what?”. Jermain either needs to be retrained or fired. i get better customer service at dollar tree."

"Expressing my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the grooming service my dog, Otis, received at your Petco- Brooklyn Park location by groomer Jack on 11-17-2023. Upon arrival, I explicitly communicated my preferences to the groomer, emphasizing that I did not want a summer cut as Otis needs to stay warm during his first winter in Minneapolis. I specifically asked for an even body cut, trimming under his mouth low to prevent water dripping, rounding his face and a pin tail. To my dismay, when I returned to pick up Otis, I was handed the payment ticket before even seeing my dog. This raised concerns, and when I finally saw Otis, I was nearly in tears. The groomer completely disregarded my instructions and shaved him extensively, leaving him ill-prepared for the upcoming winter. I am baffled by the incompetence displayed, as Otis did not have excessive tangles or matting that would warrant such a drastic cut. Moreover, if the groomer was unsure about my preferences, a simple call to clarify would have sufficed. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount at Petco, I find this experience unacceptable.
