"I’m so incredibly dissatisfied with the service here. They were nice but they didn’t even grant me the decency of seeing the doctor about my sick kitten. The nurses just relay the messages and give the messages. I literally don’t even know what he looks like. When I came to pick my kitten up it was not made clear to me how sick he truly was until I was about to walk out. The nurse said “He is very sick, but we will take it day by day”. This gave me more hope than I should have allowed myself to have. Within an hour of leaving, my kittens health continued to decline rapidly and I called again basically pleading for help because he was screaming crying and they told me just to let his fluids kick in. After an hour and a half I couldn’t watch this anymore and made the decision to take him to the emergency vet in St. Cloud but he died not even five minutes later. I would have appreciated actually speaking with the doctor and not just being shoved off. Also being offered services would have probably been much easier than watching him suffer until his last breath. My animal died not even within two hours of leaving the of leaving this office without me being told how sick he truly was. I will absolutely never take another animal here because I feel as if he was wronged and so was I."

"Dr Cook is so amazing,we were leaving the state and he offered to come in on his day off and work on my two dogs,( spent the majority of the day in surgery). My dogs got the most compassionate and dedicated veterinarian I've ever came across !!! Thank you very much Dr. Cook for all you did for my pups!!! And Thank you to his technician "Sheena" for also giving up her day off too!!! Wonderful people!!! Thank you again!!!!!"
