"The lending group as a whole is not bad, it is who they have working for them. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Deanna. My husband of 37 years, passed away suddenly, and I could not afford the payments on his rigg. At first, Deanna said she would work with me while I tried to get it sold. However, I later found out that working with Deanna meant I had to do things her way. She has the compassion of a rock. At first, she said I wouldn't have to make payments for two months. Sounds nice, right? Well, the next month she let the auto pay of $1500 happen because she said I didn't "communicate" with her that I wasn't going to pay. WHAT??? After that it was all downhill. I was dealing with a significant trauma, the death of my husband, and yet the tone in her voice with every call was cold and unfeeling. I have had to deal with many people and institutions since my husband's death: banks, creditors, lawyers, loan officers, insurance folks, medical claims, and I have dropped the ball several times when it came to returning phone calls or getting materials sent. But not once has anybody been rude or uncaring to me, EXCEPT for Deanna at All Wheels Financial. She definitely needs some sensitivity training and a trip to OZ for a heart."
