"This was my first year filing with H&R Block and I would definitely come back to the New Hope office to work with Jeanette. She was very fast and efficient and completed them within the allotted time. My taxes even got accepted the same day. I'm looking forward to coming in next year."

"Terrible experience. This was my first time attempting to utilize a tax professional to complete my taxes. I dropped my tax documents off 3 weeks prior to Tax Day and asked for a call back on what the estimated cost would be. After calling the office 3 times with none of my calls returned, they finally called me back on Tax day to tell me the cost started at $350 and "can" go up from there. They hadn't even started filing my taxes as of 11am the day they were due and now have left me with only 13 hours to file my taxes. Their excuse is that they are short staffed, if you're short staffed take in less work, don't provide terrible service and string along customers until they have little to no other options."

"PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! I went last year JUST TO SEE HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE I was told to leave my info and all my papers and that every person has a different rate(okay no problem) made an appointment to meet with them for that purpose next thing I know I’m being charged for $400+! I couldn’t afford it and had to borrow it; not only that but it took almost 8 months for me to get my taxes back! Honestly if I could give it 0 stars I would. Save your time and money, go somewhere else"

"We gave Gloria a MESS. She asked us clarifying questions, worked overtime, and managed to make sense of our mess. Not only that, but she helped give us hints and tips to clean it up next year. She was patient, professional, and kind, and that's precisely what tax novices need. She was great!"

"Service was excellent the person who did my taxes for the last few years is Gloria she is very knowledgeable and professional you won't find anyone better. The only reason I'm giving 4 star's and not 5 is I think there price's and fee's are a little high"
