Jackson Hewitt Tax Service 4229 Winnetka Avenue North, New Hope, MN 55428

"Started April 18th....After running around store to store, multiple calls and texts, and given excuses. FINALLY done May 25th. I was told, "Yours is free because ALL the trouble you went through" yet STILL charged over $500 dollars. Only 1 star because it finally got done. I'm VERY disappointed in how Jackson Hewitt was this terrible this year. I still found a mistake with a figure once I got home. I can understand super low staff and new management, but SHAME on you. It's supposed to be better...not worse."

"JH has been going downhill for years and this year was the worst. (Review not specifically targeted at preparer Faith who was the only one working at New Hope location on 4/18.) I had appt 4/18 @11:30a to sign completed taxes, dropped off 4/13. I was there for appt but Faith working with someone the entire time. I found after my appt time passed, my taxes were not complete and I would need to return later as I couldn't wait around as there were others already waiting. Made an appointment online for 5:30p again arrived on time to find about 3 people waiting and was asked to come back in 30 min. It was some time after 7p that I sat down with Faith and was able to finish my taxes. Got out of there around 7:45p and was offered no discount for all of the inconvenience. $515 is a lot for your service and having me waste 3 hours of my time."

"Horrible experience with Jackson Hewitt this year. I couldn't find anyone within a 15-mile radius that knew how to do taxes. So when there were people in the office that person did not know what they're doing. Also, half the time, a lot of the offices were closed when they were supposed to be open. I was going to call out about 3 locations i had the most bad experiences with but im not going to do that because some staff were nice, but just not properly trained to do taxes."

"I LOOOOOOVE Jackson Hewitt!! The staff is always helpful and courteous and friendly Miss Yolanda is amazing, helpful and polite, and always professional and I wouldn't trade her for the world. The rest of the staff at Jackson Hewitt has always been polite and professional at all times and because of the courteous and professional manner of the staff at Jackson Hewitt I will always go to them for my tax needs."

"The staff here are very professional and knowledgeable!! They ask you everything to make sure that you get the biggest refund. I’ve been to this location twice, the first time I had Vicki and the second time I had Karen. They are both great and provided me and my boyfriend with excellent service. Thanks ladies!!
