"Really bummed. Pete had been a great accountant for my family for several years. But if you have to go through this rude front desk to schedule with him, it’s just not worth it. She’s been short in the past so I don’t like having to call… but I usually don’t let that stuff get to me… ignore it and move on. Today I call for an appointment and she’s once again short and with attitude. When asked if I’ve been there before I reply yes, except for last year. She then explains that I’m a new client again since I wasn’t there last year and Pete isn’t accepting new clients. I said ok, and thanks anyway. “Well what don’t you want an appointment now?” You just said you couldn’t schedule me… “well how many years did you come here? Before last year.” I don’t know about 7 I think. “Well fine I can schedule you!”Um Nevermind I don’t think I want that appointment after. I accept that I somehow gave up my “spot” by not getting taxes there last year. There is zero reason to be rude to people trying to schedule an appointment. It makes no sense."

Last year I waited too long and they were booked but you can drop your taxes off with a payment and they'll do them (at least with Pete). That option was very convenient so I am not missing work.
