"Most narrow drive through I've ever been to. Both times I've been there with my pickup I've clipped the bollards with my running boards & side panels damaging my pickup. The bollards are very short & cannot see them very well."
"The drive through is absolutely pathetic at this location. I deposited money into what I thought was my account. Hell no, they put the over $1,000.00 deposit into my sons account. Not knowing I made a large payment on my Credit Card, well guess what happened?? I couldn't do anything until Tuesday since my account was locked up. All the nice lady could say was I'm sorry. REALLY you screw up that bad and all your going to say is that you are sorry? I'm sorry but the service at the drive through is PATHETIC! That operator can take the apology back, it meant nothing!! Go inside, good service."
"I have very rarely had any issues with US Bank until recently. The last 2 times I have tried to make a deposit on the weekend through the drive-through a staff member has either put my money into another person's account or has shorted me (i.e. deposit $200, balance only showing $100 was deposited). Request a receipt for every transaction and verify if it's correct. If I wasn't aware of those mistakes they would have been a pain in the a** to correct."
