"Because of their mismanagement of accounts I had to freeze my credit report because they laughed about sending any and all my account information to a 3rd party. I have reported them to any and everything I can. Never received a single thing (loan paperwork statement or account number) only the city where my account information went. Now because of them I've had several inquiries on my credit report. Im sure they will laugh about this too. They would not even tell me where all my loan information went. I thought this was closed because I have never received anything for the duration of the loan. And they refused to provide me with anything. Now my credit is wrecked."
