"The place to go for complicated dental care for your dog! Appointments are booked out for months but if you can wait it’s definitely worth it. Dr Hansen & Dr Carlson thoroughly explained our options giving us the ability to make a decision that best fit our budget and dog’s lifestyle. It is always hard to trust the care of your beloved pet to strangers but we have felt that they truly cared about his wellbeing."

"It cannot be normal that the pet health industry refuses to invoice or finance life-saving care. We walked in with a cat with a urinary block and were told that unless we could produce $5k “at the time of discharge” (that night or the next morning) they would do nothing. No way to send us a bill, or let us move money around, or set up financing. They take Care Credit but it’s all or nothing, if you’re not approved for the full cost you’re out of luck. They wouldn’t even start to help him unless they got their money first. We went to the University of Minnesota emergency center and they were able to help us find a plan that worked. It ultimately was too late, and I’ll always ask myself if Blue Pearl hadn’t jerked us around for over an hour, because we couldn’t produce five thousand dollars on zero notice, if things would have been different. This is Clover. He loved getting his tummy pet and he made sure we got up on time in the morning. He passed away yesterday. Blue Pearl didn't want to help him but they asked us to fill out a survey and leave a review anyway."

"this location has been such a blessing and so caring towards our beagle and us. we've been here twice now with him being such a curious breed and getting into things and both times he's had to stay for a day or more and they are so informative and reassuring and compassionate and make you feel like your pet is in good hands. the prices are obviously high but for those scary emergencies like we experienced, it's understandable for all that he needed done. they truly just want you to feel comfortable and be in the loop about things, I couldn't ask for a better care team for our little guy. ♡"
