"A little expensive but worth it, my cat was suffering (we thought she would go peacefully, but she started gasping for air and she just wouldn't let go) so I called other places but this place was a dream come true. The staff was so nice, they got me into a room right away with my cat and everything moved very swiftly. I regret letting her sit so long before going in, I will feel guilt for that forever. Also a very peaceful environment, and 24 hours. One more thing I should add, is a staff member said I didn't have to call ahead if I'm ever in this situation again. I'm not going anywhere else."
"This is my third experience with blue pearl. They were more than helpful each time. This last time my boy had stopped eating and got really sick. Everyone was super straight forward and nice. They are helping me with everything, and got him home in a timely manner. I honestly can’t thank you guys enough!"
"This review is honest, fair, and filled with facts and is based on two different experiences over a month. Skip to all caps to bypass the story. Please read about the male doctor, very positive. We noticed on our nest camera that Mazzie (an eight-year-old labradoodle) had something in her mouth of concern. We rushed home and saw she had opened the closet and eaten some medicine stored on a shelf. She was brought to the vet, where they forced her to vomit. It had been around 35-40 minutes. We were told to go to an emergency place, and we landed at Blue Pearl on Thursday. The Check-in at Blue was smooth, concerns were shared, and this starts the one-star review. Blue Pearl's communication wasn't clear. We had to call for updates, but expectations weren't clear, so it could've been average time frames. Blood work looked good until Saturday when they shared that out of the blue, she still hadn't eaten, and it wasn't looking good. She was having organ failure and was on feeding tubes, couldn't walk, and her mouth was turning yellow. I understand the needed cards on file, but communication everywhere is so important. After we went back and forth, we were told that this was a situation in which they couldn't save her. We gave it one more day in case a miracle happened. If not, we had planned to say goodbye Sunday morning. Sunday morning, our four girls drove together to face this horrific situation. UPON ENTRANCE, WE WERE GREETED, AND THE FRONT DESK AFTER ASK IF WE WERE EXCITED TO TAKE MAZZIE HOME. Read the room; everyone is sobbing. Nobody discussed payment, and we were told to go back to the room where Mazzie would take her last breath. We all cried and held each other, waiting. Another woman comes in and discusses the need for payment, cost, and upselling different types of urns. I politely ask her to speak in private outside of the children. She started the pitch again, and I asked her if she thought that was the best approach. This makes me a ten mad. I hold my composure and remind her there's a way to go about things. I told her to swipe the card and shut down the conversation. We faced the hardest goodbye for the family to date. She could barely move her head. THE MALE DOCTOR CAME IN; HE WAS THE ONLY REASON WE CAME BACK. He informed us that Mazzie had passed. I give him a 5 out of 5. Let our other pet say goodbye and go home. This past Saturday night, our new puppy played outside, leading to a hairline fracture on his tibia. The vet tech was very polite, but maybe my opinion is if you go there, ask a lot of questions, follow up with them, And understand that this is a business and you will be sold. I'd go back if I had no other options. Hopefully, they will let go of those involved and, at the very minimum, get them The proper training."
"My dog required an MRI due to an injury he sustained, they were able to provide excellent care to diagnose his injury and he is making a rapid recovery. The doctors and staff at the BleuPearl were very kind, compassionate and professional. Communication was excellent and friendly. All while they seemingly were overwhelmed with other dogs, cats and pets to take care of. We are very grateful and appreciative of the care we received!"
"I brought my cat Buttercup into BluePearl after he had been misdiagnosed and had almost completely stopped eating. They got him the care he needed immediately, and kept him until they were able to figure out what was actually going on. He can be a bit dramatic at the vet, and they were so kind and caring with him. They always took time to chat with me when I called to check in, despite how busy they were, and even sent me a photo update. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for him at this point!"
