"Very disappointed and frustrated with this vet. They charge obscene rates for things that most other vets charge less than half. They don’t seem like they care about your pet or your experience. It’s just a money making machine, that’s it. Would not recommend. This is after going there for 3 years so it’s not a fluke. Some of the people there are okay but the overall quality of service for what you pay is seriously lacking. Please do better and be better."

"When my cat, Sofi Belle, had an urgent issue - they were able to see her even though they were short-handed. After 3 weeks of trying to stabilize her unsuccessfully, I made the decision to put her to sleep. The whole time the vets, lab, and staff were so caring, even at the end! They were able to get me in and get her seen and cared for as needed. I very much appreciate all of them. In the past I had seen Dr. Kokes, so I know she is excellent. These last 3 weeks we had seen Dr. Sepulveda, also excellent care and follow-up."
