"I've been waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. There were two people in front of me. I have no idea whats going on at this bank but the service has plummeted over the last two months. No apology, no explanation from the teller for the egregious wait."

"They are only a few HL banks in MN. It's not conveniently located like others. Time is 12:40pm Wednesday December 22nd and they are already closed. The drive thru was also closed too. I drove 25 minutes to get there. What a waist."

"Read the reviews people. The experience of an individual with anything outside of their personal home will give anyone more than enough to decide whether it is even close to spending time with it. For example like this place. There is no customer first. The care of a customer is out window. My first time, I came through this place and wow I'm glad that it was my last and will never again step foot into it. And I am so glad that I do not bank with this place.
