"What is there to say? Refined Lending is possibly the best group our here. Mike and his team were always there. From the beginning, Mike called to introduce himself and explain the process. Mike took the time to explain each term, each step and the end goal. My process took about a month (I had an amazing realtor (Kang) she showed us so many houses that were luxurious and most importantly, in our price range. We were set with one house. Those house owners told us that we had three weeks to close on the house. Three weeks to a new home owner seemed impossible. Mike and his team gave us STEP BY STEP instructions that we needed to follow. The sellers wants a per diem for each day we would be late, but I wish Mike and his team was paid a per diem for being early. Mike's team consists of a couple, but they work fast, consistent, efficient and most importantly, they were responsive. Each and everyday when we had questions, they were there to answer. Not to mention North Insurance Group they are partnered with. They are super, super helpful. The whole experience has been so amazing. I wish I could work with them again. "This review is for both Jenna Lebert and Nate Raich, Jenna is an employee and Nate president of Refined Lending. Jenna has no business being a loan officer, especially if you are interested in the 29k wish grant. She literally lead me into a purchase offer under the wish program just to let me know after the binding offer was made that I didn’t actually qualify for the grant. When I contacted Nate Raich about the issue he was unresponsive and condescending when I finally got to talk with him. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and wish I had never trusted them with my time and financial well being."
