"PSB Mars is company whom their character speaks volumes. They are a horrible company to work for. The training consists of guides (that leaves steps out), watching another complete a task, then one demonstration. Those who are supervising and "training" doesn't know how complete the tasks they are attempting to demonstrate even. When asking questions, the answers are short and doesn't include the information you've asked regarding. Referring you to view those guides. However, never given the time to read those sources. The HR and supervisors seem to have issues with those who request information, ask for actual training, or make suggestions. This company is not worth an effort. If I would have read the rest of the reviews (which I would say 95% are spot on), I wouldn't have wasted my time either. The phrase and comparison that comes to mind is only one. A wolf in sheep's clothing. If you are thinking of applying or accepting a position with PSB, read the reviews. If you do apply and are hired, give it a couple of months, you will find all stated is true."
"PSB is a GREAT company to work for. I had recently graduated from college with my 2year HIM degree and was/is planning on becoming RHIT certified, but I could not find work anywhere without any experience. But with the help of AEROTEK (one of the BEST temp agencies I've come across) PSB took a chance on me (along with many others, as they are a teaching and training company), and I am so grateful. I've been here a year and I absolutely love it. The company is filled with a great management team and very friendly staff. I've already been promoted and there is a lot of room for growth within this company and I look forward to seeing how far I can go!"
"I currently work at PSB. It is a growing company and the workplace and management is awesome to work for. A lot of people may have a bad experience when Reps call to collect on their bills, but its because we are calling from an unknown number and can't give out any information without having them verify some very person information because of the HIPPA law. People tend to get very frustrated when you ask for personal information when they have no idea where you are calling from, understandably so. PSB is a joy to work for, the management is amazing and I can't wait to see what the future holds!"
"They have terrible call center employees, we have recently gotten into a custody battle for our daughter and as such arent able to afford an attourney and pay the debt we have and instead of being polite and trying to talk with me and try to work something out the woman became rude and i could not take it anymore and hung up, things happen and instead of harassing someone and being rude to them you should learn better people skills. Its sad that the mayo clinic hired such sleasy people to collect their debts."
"I generally like to use manners nut when approached on the phone, rather rudely, I tend to get a little hostile especially when I was awaken by the phone. The call was shorter than I am sure they would've wanted but after insisting that the person they were looking for was not me, I assured them, hostilly, and with swearing that people drop their numbers all the time and others get the number they are looking for. I understand that collections can be a difficult process. But, for the sake of the next person you are trying to reach...take a deep breath, let it out, breathe slowly, and count to ten. then, make the call thinking of a happy place."
