"Twice now I've had the same teller take funds out of the wrong account. I have a joint account and an individual account. On both occasions, I sent in my DL and my Debit card for my individual account and the teller took it out of my joint account. Its not that hard to just ask the customer to confirm which account the funds are coming out of - I worked in a bank for nearly a decade, this should be teller 101 - hell, customer service 101. I didnt complain the first time that it happened back in late December 2021 because its an easy fix just to move the funds myself - human errors happen. But to happen a 2nd time with the same teller during slow time - thats an issue. This branch also had a sign saying the lobbies were closed due to short staffing. Corporate, whatever you guys are doing to chase your employees away, stop it."
