"Not only was Blessi and her coworker audibly complaining about helping me with my deposit, she was incredibly inhospitable to me. Strongly second guessing my decision to choose us bank for my business checking account. Not surprised to see other complaints about Blessi and her attitude issues."
"I spent nearly 30 minutes in line to deposit the usual weekly checks and held up many others in the line due to the incompetence of the teller. Upon sending the checks up, the teller (Lessi) stated that she couldn’t deposit my checks and needed further management approval. Checks were being deposited from a business account into personal US bank accounts yet she struggled significantly to comprehend that these deposits are done weekly and I’ve never been told to provide additional deposit slips. I told her I put the account numbers on top of the check and she should be able to deposit it directly into the accounts. She said she would do me a favor just today but next time I would need the individuals to sign the checks. Mind you I’ve never been told this before today. How am I expected to write out checks and then have everyone endorse it before depositing? As we waited for what nearly felt like a lifetime the customer in the commercial lane to my left expressed his frustration as well. The drivers behind us both grew weary and started revving their engines to get us to move. There was no other teller to step in and help with the long lines and the lady expected to do the work was rude and nonchalant. She had poor customer service and seemed upset with us rather than her lack of providing seamless customer service. It’s one thing for someone to make a mistake and a complete other for them to be arrogant about their actions and deem you as the problem. Due to the low number of tellers at this branch it would be more appropriate to have someone that is more experienced doing the job in a timely manner with a friendly smile."
"Really not impressed with this location at all. I had to deposit cash into a business account that cannot be accessed by ATM. I went in and after a bit of a wait because there was only one teller working, I tried to make my deposit, but the teller's computer crashed. I waited quite a bit, but they couldn't resolve it. So, the teller took the cash, gave me a deposit slip and said he would deposit it when the system is back up. It's now been 2 weeks and the deposit is not appearing in my account. I've tried to call the branch numerous times to try to avoid having to waste my time again coming in, but no one answers the phone at this location. Now, I'm stuck on hold with the national line. I'm sure it's not going to be helpful, but I'd like to lodge a formal complaint. Thank goodness I held on to the signed deposit slip from the teller. It's pathetic that I have to chase this down."
"Absolutely flaming angry. I deposited my paycheck on Friday into this locations ATM and now on Tuesday I still don't have my money even though it has been pulled from my works account. It's caused bills not to go through and all I get from customer services is getting passed around because of a supposed "E Fraud" claim that everyone says someone else has to fix finally I get told to call the branch manager by the fraud department because he can email them to MAYBE take the hold off. The fraud department claims the "Federal Reserves " are the ones holding the money. Of course halfof my calls to the bank do not go through go anyone and when I do call the branch manager goes to voicemail. Just what a parent needs right around the holidays."
"Horrible!!! Did a loan application online. We didn't hear back so we went into the location. Guy was just like oh you're declined. Ummm yeah with a credit score of over 800 and the ability to pay no problem. Didn't do or say anything else. We went to another bank and an hour later got a loan and was offered more money. I think I'm switching to the other bank. Thanks to Affinity Plus customer service. The one in Crystal is very good!!"
