"I was here to open a new account for my wife and had a great experience. Bettie walked us through the process and asked us to bring required documents before hand so that once we are at the bank everything went fast and smooth. I would recommend taking an appointment .Thank you Bettie!"
"What was supposed to be a 5 minute drive thru transaction turned into a 3 hour ordeal because the teller lost my drivers license. Yes, LOST my license. After I was told that they would call me when they found it, I decided after an hour of waiting to return to see if they had found it (since no one could bother answering the phone). Between the three tellers and the manager that were behind the counter, NOBODY was actually looking for my license. After telling them why I returned they told me that they had to call someone in to move the machines and drawers because they "couldn't do it themselves". It was abundantly clear that they did not care after they literally told me "it isn't a big deal" and seemed to be baffled by my return. The only helpful person in this situation was the guy who came to move the machines and drawers, as he genuinely felt bad about what happened even though it wasn't his fault. Every time I tried to speak with the teller that lost my license, the other teller and her manager (whose names I did not get) would start speaking for her- it was suspicious. However, once I was finally able to speak to the teller who lost my license, I was even more enraged because she kept repeating "it just dropped" and played dumb. Her manager also just sat there and gave me the death stare the entire time. I received no sincere apology at any point during this incident. Then, once my license was found, the third teller, Cindy, was very unprofessional and screamed at me "Here it is, no one stole it" in a sarcastic, condescending tone and proceeded to roll her eyes as I walked out. The incompetence and rudeness I experienced at this Wells Fargo location has caused me to highly consider switching banks, a decision I will likely make after this atrocious experience. Never again."
"There’s nothing I enjoy more than waiting in line in a bank because I can’t deposit money with the ATMs because they’re not functioning only for the bank teller to see her friend behind me and serve her instead of me after I stood there for over 10 minutes. My entire transaction was less than 60 seconds. Meanwhile her friends transaction took over 15 minutes and counting because she was still there when I left. Do better Wells Fargo."
"Small business checking for a nonprofit is ridiculous! No one knows how to manage the accounts and you can't make an appointment to see a banker. It's good Girl Scouts yes to enforce financial responsibility by having 2 Co signers on an account, but Wells Fargo makes it impossible to follow those rules. Unless you want to keep on troop volunteers who are no longer pay of the organization as your treasurer. I finally reached one banker who was able to file a complaint based on my experience, but even that has yet to be resolved. Makes me not want to volunteer anymore"
