"If you've ever wanted to try Crossfit, but you have been too intimidated, look no further than the Power House! This isn't your typical crossfit gym (dirty warehouse, grunting with shirts off, etc).The classes are small and extremely approachable. The coaches are excellent and will help you modify the workout to meet your abilities. They also offer olympic lifting, yoga, mobility, and personal training. Above all, the community is super kind, welcoming, and inclusive!"

In addition, this is a friendly community that is welcoming. I’m over 60 years of age and participate in many classes, including the WODs. The atmosphere is encouraging, and I never feel as though I don’t belong there because I’m not as strong or fit as many of the other gym members. I also like the fact that there is a broad range of ages and abilities. It would be hard for me to overstate what a special place this is. If you are looking for a new gym, or a new fitness regimen, put The Powerhouse at the top of you list!"
"I have been a part of The PowerHouse community for 6 years!! It is a great place to work out and stay/get fit but the best part is the people. The staff are amazing! They are great at encouraging us and helping us learn all sorts of new things and improving with every visit. The community itself is the best. We tend to be a competitive bunch (it is CrossFit after all) but not with each other!! We cheer and encourage each other every day. I love going to workout because of group of people I get to be with!"
