"I decided to attend this college because it is considered a Christian college, but my experience there was less than God-centered. Their diversity and advisor team is inadequate. They only tout that they are working on their diversity but when real issues get brought to Rahn and Ross their reply is "it is what it is and I'm sorry you feel that way. " I have the emails to prove it. I would hardly call their advisor team advisors as all throughout my time at Bethel I had to reach out to them when I would experience delays instead of them being real advisors and checking in with me about my path. This caused a delay in getting my degree because my advisor didn't let me know about two additional steps I needed to take during my last term and instead I questioned why I didn't get my degree and his boss responded after I finished my coursework. I also have those emails to prove it. Save your money and choose another college. Even if you are looking for a Christ-centered atmosphere you are more likely to find it in non-denominational colleges."

"We inquired via email about an admission for my sister who a degree from George Town just to transfer for a masters program as an international student from Canada. The response we got was so condescending and racial profiling from a Grace K. Funny we still have the email string as proof. With no answer to our question. She right away assumed and gave such an unprofessional respond that is so condescending .I truly think no matter what student or anyone inquiring to join a school, being that it’s not free education, they at least deserve some courtesy."

"Bethel has gone from being, as I could call, “Alumni-unfriendly” to “Alumni-hostile”. They have been gradually stripping away many of the promises that they claimed would never go away when we were students. Oftentimes when I go to the Wellness Center, I’m accosted by staff due to being an alumni. Unfortunately, anyone with common sense can see that Bethel has clearly transitioned away from offering quality education in favor of their athletics programs. As an alumni, I would highly recommend NOT attending this institution."
