"I would love to give this a 5 star rating but I can’t. I purchased multiple entries right before the Covid pandemic. Once the gym was forced to be shutdown I wanted to get a refund for my purchase as I was unable to attend future sessions for the remainder of the year. Unfortunately my refund was not processed and I was out hundreds of dollars. The instructors were great during class but I can’t ignore some of the shady business practices."

"Coming back to CF after a long break and approaching retirement age, I was looking for a new CF home to get a great workout, while also matching my life stage. The CF experience is only as good as the local coaching, and COL delivers. Two things stand out for me: 1/ A BIG focus on the daily warm-up - it’s taken seriously, and 2/ coaches are always ready with multiple scaling options to match skill/age levels. This is a genuine community with no inflated egos. You won’t go wrong at COL."

"Truly top notch. I’ve dropped into a LOT of gyms and while many brag of their community, this is the only gym I’ve see where people are genuinely friends outside the the gym. The programming is tough, but the atmosphere is incredibly positive toward newcomers. The best coaching I’ve encountered, and the best athletes have no ego. There are great social events tied to the gym and if you’re a ‘try hard’ like me you will find huge attendance at competitions as well. I can’t say enough good things."
