"We sure miss our time at Raberge’s Leadership Martial Arts. My son started at age 6 and worked his way up to 3rd Degree BlackBelt. For my son it we wanted him to learn routine, impulse control and find an individual sport where he could be successful. He has a variety of special needs and Master Raberge and his staff took the time to give him the individual attention he needed. When my daughter turned 4 she wanted to be a TaeKwonDo girl too and I thank her for that because that’s when we decided to train together as a family. For my daughter I was thrilled that she would know how to defend herself and a bonus she made so many friends. We always have said that choosing to become part of the Raberge’s Leadership Martial Arts was one of the best decisions we have ever made for our family. After much time and dedication we all earned our 3rd Degrees Blackbelts. Life is busy and we were grateful we choose to spend some of those hours training to together."
"My child's been attending here for about 8 months. The staff are all very friendly and absolutely family focused. They are great with kids of all ages, keep the classes fun for all students (child and adult), but also fun for parents and kids who watch. They interact with siblings on the sidelines, sometimes let them punch or kick some pads. Sideline parents have participated in class as surprise guests for the kids. They offer camps, classes, reward system parties, holiday parties, tournaments, etc. Scheduling is easy and flexible, you choose the days that work for you, all managed through your phone. You can be as involved as much or as little as your schedule allows, and it's okay. From the very beginning, on day 1, they filled my daughter with SO much pride. In these 8 months, my anxious and reserved child's self confidence has grown immensely. She's volunteering to get in front of class (both here and at school), showing her skills to everyone we know and REALLY putting herself out there. She even joined a tournament! I don't think there's been a single class that I haven't been beaming with pride, smiling ear to ear watching her continual progress. (Mentally, physically and as a martial artist) I am incredibly grateful for Master Raberge and his team for what they do. My daughter holds her head higher, in large part to them and their program."
"As a student of Raberge's Martial Arts school it has been so much fun and very exciting. I look forward to going to karate every week. Master Raberge and everyone else there are amazing instructors and care about every one of their students. They will push you further to reach your goal whatever that may be. This is a great place to go to and I love it!"
"My daughter and I have been going for 2 years. My daughter is having fun and I am more flexible than I have been in years. Can’t wait to start my 5 year old this fall."
"Class sizes too large for individual training and attention. The children have very little room to perform their exercises. There's very little attention or instruction paid to the individual. They make you give a longer cancelation notice than an apartment. My son was identified as a South paw by another school but here they forced him to use his right hand bc "most of the class is right handed". If your child is a south paw or you want your child to enjoy and improve at karate, go somewhere else."
