No prior experience is necessary, as our classes are designed to accommodate beginners and those with previous martial arts training. Safety is a top priority, and our instructors have decades of experience teaching proper technique to ensure a safe learning environment.

In addition to teaching practical self-defense principles, we also prepare students to speak up, stand up, and defend themselves if needed. Students should plan to attend at least 2 times per week to continue progress, and individual goals will determine the appropriate number of classes for each student.
