"I signed up for classes mid month and was prorated for the monthly cost, but next month no prorating cost for 3 sessions when previously stated that monthly average sessions were 4-5. All billing is done through online with very bad communication through there email and phone calls. Customer service nonexistent! Friendly Albertville vibe nonexistent! This place is very unpleasant and they treat you like a number or monetary guarantee with no thought of retaining customers or spreading good word to future customers."
