"Set appointment for my two dogs. They came home barely trimmed or cut. Would not recommend. How do you spend 2-3 hours on "grooming and bathing" when the dogs came back looking exactly the same except for the hairs above the eyes being trimmed? Now my dog looks like he has an ugly mullet."

"They have short windows of open availability with being short staffed. I now take my dog elsewhere as it's too frustrating to get to Petco Grooming for a quick nail trim/buff during their open times."

"Had an appointment booked out for the past 2 weeks then drove 40 min to get here upon arrival the girl was rude, and seemed like she just did not want to do her job whatsoever. Her name specifically was paige and i expect some type of resolution to this. She said my dog was unable to be groomed and i needed to go to a pet hospital to continue, then continued when i asked for other locations that possibly would be more willing was rude and talked down on all other locations claiming she has worked at most. Not wanting to get any deeper into going back and forth with her i left and proceeded to go to a location closer to home that has worked with theodore and was greeted and told instantly he is totally fine to be groomed!! Horrible and unprofessional service."
