"If I could rate them a 0 I would! Absolute worst company! They changed our policy without our consent. We currently have siding that doesnt match our house because they removed our color match clause. We did not sign anything approving this and were never notified. We got our roof repaired and they issued us bad checks costing us over $70. They refused to take ownership for them costing us the money. They never answer when you call. The person handling our claim called us and was beyond rude. I would never hire the person. Terrible terrible company."
"Nobody answers the phone, nobody calls you back. I filed a claim almost two months ago for hail damage on my roof. I have yet to hear from anybody, and my claim shows resolved on my online account. In what way is it resolved? No idea. Horrible experience dealing with this company"
"I had a house fire back in April of 2021 . I had a good experience with one of your employees who I would like to recognize her name is Andrea Richards! She was a very helpful person who worked very hard to get our family everything we needed during this difficult time.she answered and explained many things to us and her phone response was excellent! She would always call back! Within a reasonable amount of time! I fell she is professionally great at her job! I would highly recommend working with Andrea Richards. Thanks Carl and Nancy Adamson!"
"I am pretty much in the same shoes with those who have bad experience with this company. If you chose this insurance company, you would be better of not having any coverage. Trust me, they're terrible. I live in MN, we got hail damage on our property back in May. Every single of my neighbors got their roof replaced, but not mine. I don't care the roof, but my sidings got so many holes, they still refused to replace it. My sister is also with this company, they denied hers as well. I'm thinking of hiring a lawyer as well."
