"I needed to pick up a package that I didn’t get because it needed a signature. I tried using the 1800 number to see if I could pick it up or at least get it delivered a different time of day next time. After going around a while it became clear that I wasn’t going to get anywhere on the phone. I tried my luck going in person to the UPS place and the supervisor was very helpful in finding it. He went out of his way and looked in the driver’s delivery cars after hours while it was sub-zero and brought back my package, all while smiling. I think his name was Timmy. I’ve also had nothing but good experiences with my usual driver, but I don’t know his name."

"$1 charge to tape a box shut. 12" of tape. This is a corporate return label and original shipment was UPS overnight. UPS made money both ways. Nice non-existent customer service. FYI the other guys are more than happy to slap a piece of tape across the box, FOR FREE. Never coming here again."

"Older male with glasses (black hair) seemed to be in pissy mood, which is okay. But he refused to give me a piece of tape no longer than 15 inches long, wanted to charge me $1 for the "service". The "service" was to rip off a piece of tape, since I had a box and QR code ready to go. Went next door to Eagan Massage Center, and they were so sweet and kind, and provided me a piece of tape free of charge. The older gentleman even let me pick the size of my piece of tape. I know it's just a dollar, but the way he went about it was very unpolite, rude and simply unnecessary in my opinion. I hope he's okay!"
