"Cashing a check here is like asking for a huge favor. Extremely unhelpful customer service compared to other banking institutions. I was glad I closed my account 15 years ago. Apparently time has not changed their level of customer service."

I really went to great efforts to make it there prior to closing (and I did) only to be told it was “to close to closing time” and to come back on their next business day(Tuesday ) or to “try “ to apply online . Wow ! What amazing customer service Wells Fargo offers. Unfortunately, Grand Forks, ND only has this one recognizable bank so perhaps this is why."

"Inconvenient hours that don't work for anyone who works normal hours. There's so many services they could offer online but don't (cashing bonds for one). Service is pretty meh and you have to wait a week if you're transferring money to/from a different bank or cashing some checks. Their website generally just takes you in circles when you are looking for info or services. Better than US bank tho."
