"Was a little afraid to come here when I first sae the star rating for this place. I was expecting the absolute worse but when I walked in I was greeted by smiling faces! The staff is extremely friendly! The waiting room is a bit odd, it's down a few stairs and it's a bit weird of a set up. Only reason docked it a star is some of the chairs in the waiting room were kind of tore up and it just felt a bit of a weird atmosphere in the waiting room."
"I have only one negative item and it is relevant to the place. When you go down the couple steps to the waiting room the railing is on the left side and coming up it's on the right, I have a broken right hand and a bad right knee and the ends of the railing need to be closed. Someone is going to hook clothing or whatever and take a header down the stairs. Having railings on both sides of the stairway would be awesome and a open railing is against building code just a FYI."
"Everyone here was super nice! Really comfortable place, and they're transparent about everything."
"Front secretary was really nice! I had my i.m.e. appointment with a great neurosurgeon everything went good and 3 weeks later I recieved the cervical spine surgery. Not all i.m.e. appointments are bad. It's just some insurance companies require you to have an i.m.e. just to make sure people aren't committing a fraudulent claim."
"If you are going into this place, chances are, you are headed in for an exam where some insurance company of yours is trying to cancel your benefits for some reason or another. Be EXTREMELY wary of the people in this office!! Do NOT step into this office without your lawyer's permission and instructions. Record your interaction with every person you speak to. Pay great attention to what you speak about, how you move, what you disclose and to whom. Be truthful, but know that these people are NOT your friends. They are paid hundreds of thousands of dollars by the insurance company to write out documents that state that you don't need any more money or care. They give the insurance company permission to stop paying for your care, when most of us wouldn't choose to be going to chiropractors/doctors/pain specialists/therapists in the first place."
