"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Every time I have gone here I have had an awful experience. Most recently I had to wait over 2 hours pass my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Additionally trying to coordinate anything with care from outside clinics either boynton is nearly impossible. Overall, most of there staff are unpleasant and many doctors do not take your concerns seriously (although there is one good doctor that I have had). The lab is always chaotic and again the nurses are rude and unfriendly."
"Worst clinic experience. sue park was insanely rude, like i was an inconvenience. condescending when explained medical history. maybe should consider a different career"
"Was turned away from primary care because I had a fever (not covid or respiratory related) and they don’t have enough PPE to accommodate the PC providers. They recommended their urgent care with a 90 minute wait instead. Sat on hold the next morning for 30 minutes to schedule a quick clinic visit since my symptoms had already resolved but I still needed a doctor’s note, which I was also turned away from, then ended up on a nurse line who recommended I called student conflict resolution. Super frustrating. Patients who want to be seen should be able to be seen."
"Mediocre service, lacking in billing transparency The bad: 1. Rushed consultations: seems like there's a 10 or 15 minute cap 2. Some staff are not personable 3. Poor billing transparency: was charged a surprise additional "office visit fee" for my annual wellness exam; asked for review and found it was because I mentioned a common health concern during the visit. What? For real?? The good: They validate parking"
"I’ve had positive experiences at the eye clinic, and mixed feeling about th quick clinic. I went to the gopher quick clinic and the actual appointment was easy and quick, and everyone was very friendly. Giving less stars though because when I called to make an appointment whoever answered was super rude. When I gave my symptoms and reason for wanting to schedule that specific test, she said it sounds more like something else, despite my symptoms matching what I thought it was, and me giving no indication that I had symptoms of what she said I probably had. I don’t understand why she felt the need to tell me I was probably wrong, when actually no, I was spot on and got told exactly what I expected by the actual doctor. She then sounded like I was burdening her by scheduling an appointment. Would love to not be treated like an incompetent nuisance when scheduling a quick appointment."
