"Was a good company but they changed there policy. They used to come out to my place ( Group Home ) Because I to have bad anxiety Now being told they are not coming out. I have to be bed bound for them to come out. Really sad. This used to be a nice company."

"This evening at about 2330, I spoke with Dana regarding an xray result we were waiting for, for an xray that was done at 8AM. She asked me questions which I answered, she then said she will have the tech call me or fax the result over. 0415H comes and no result. Called and spoke to her again. She said in an angry voice "everything has been faxed." I told her I haven't receive it, our fax machine is working. She said "check the fax machine" I told her I'm looking at it right now. I asked her to please tell the tech to call me as I have not received it. She raised her voice and said "I am the thechnician!" Well, Dana if you were the technician, why did you tell me that you will have the tech do it in the first place. And why were you angry? I wouldn't be calling again if you did what I asked you in the first place."

"I am a nurse at an AL/MC Facility in St. Paul. PPX is one of our preferred providers. Though the techs do vary on how friendly they are or how good they are at working with the special needs of our residents (dementia/being unable to follow direction, resistance, hard of hearing, etc) they are timely and professional. When we request STAT they are there in under 4 hours, typically under 2 hours. The reports after the X-Ray or Ultrasound are faxed quickly. It is a great service!"

"My mother, who is 86-years-old, was scheduled for roaming EKG between 8am and 4pm. It is now 9:25 pm and she had not recieved promised service. We have called numerous times. Each time we were told "one more hour", or "two more hours", or between this time and that. They would say, "they are in the next town over and you are the next client" The last time I called, "customer service" said she would be the last stop between 8:30 and by 9 pm. It is 9:25, if you recall. I normally pick my mom up at 5pm to take her home for the weekend. She is tired and needs to go to bed! Yet we sit here waiting for promised service. The people at "customer service" did not once apologize until I asked them to. A company like this should be proactive, calling the client, keeping the client updated on changes to schedule! Do not use this company!"
