They reached out to me prior to my appointment to make sure my specific needs were met and were accommodating despite my mixup. John has great customer service skills, he was so nice and really kind to share some of his knowledge about acupuncture and Chinese medicine with me and even gave me some stretch suggestions for the future to help with my tight areas.
