"Dr. Szalapski has been in this field for a long time. Maybe too long. He was very efficient. But perhaps he's forgotten that, though this is very familiar to him, it was very unfamiliar for me, as this was my first time dealing with such an issue. I was able to get a question answered on my treatment plan, but I had come in wanting to know if I should do exercises for that area that I had just learned of. In his whirlwind approach, I completely forgot/didn't really have an opportunity to ask. I won't know if his treatment plan worked for another 3 weeks, but his employer asked for this review today, so here it'll stay."
