"I walked in feeling light headed. They took details of who I am, took my blood pressure, and some blood work and I think something else all right away. Then there was going to be a several hour wait. I waited for about 45 minutes and felt significantly better. So they took the stint out of my arm and I left. They were all very nice and kind. Each nurse and or technician and or staff member was attentive and pleasant."
"I took a nasty fall with a ladder while taking down Christmas lights - LAST strand. After urgent care at TCO had determined my hip was fractured, I was taken to the the hospital and had surgery the next day - painful!! Not only did I benefit from a skilled surgeon but was taken care of by the most caring and capable staff you can imagine. I was surrounded by angels. I was fortunate enough to have a private room in the newly remodeled wing. Comfortable bed, attentive nurses and good food. If a person has to be hospitalized, definitely the place to be !!"
"I gave birth at this place almost 7 months ago. The birthing team I had at this hospital were great but unfortunately I did not feel the same with the postpartum nurses there. Especially with one of the postpartum nurses we were assigned, I believe her name was Katie. She was just overall nonchalant & barely made the effort to cater to our needs or our baby's needs. The 1st night we were super exhausted & sleep deprived so we asked the nurse if there was a nursery at the hospital to care for our newborn for a few hours & she said nope there isn’t. We found that really odd since most birthing hospitals do have them. My husband decided to reach out to another nurse & all of sudden she confirms there is a nursery?? On the 2nd day, she literally returns our newborn from the nursery after 5 mins because she cried & said she would wake the other newborns...but when she was in our room she was pretty much quiet & also aren't the people in the nursery trained to soothe babies?? They didn’t allow more than 1 guest after 8pm to visit which was frustrating. We also had to stay 4 nights due to my blood transfusion & I really wanted to leave by day 2 because of how bad their service was. Did not enjoy my postpartum experience there at all! I guess it really just depends on who you get ..but all the other postpartum nurses we had were okay. They weren't really compassionate or caring either so they didn't really meet our expectations. Lastly, the hospital decided to discharge our newborn before me & refused to "cater to our baby" afterwards. They said their policy stated I was not allowed to be with her alone so someone else would always have to be in the room with me or if they left the room even for a bathroom break or to grab food, they would have to take the newborn with them which was ridiculous?!! Due to this horrible experience, I don't think I ever want to come back to this place! Do not recommend it at all!"
"I just faced the worst experience of my life. They discharged a family member on Saturday who has problems with swallowing and other issues to a Skilled Nursing facility that was complete trash. The SNF smelled like pee, dirty. The hospital actually put my family members life at risk. Why would they discharge on Saturday when the SNF can't even do an assessment and get her medicine until Monday. This is in humane. They were rushing us out that the nurse almost forgot to give us the discharge packet. The doctor didn't want to talk to us at then end. We had to ask for instructions on what to do to get her in."
"Has a positive experience having surgery at this hospital. I felt the nurses treated me with patience, kindness, and professional gentleness. My night nurse was particularly awesome and encouraging. I cant remember his name because I was high as a kite, but man, he was the best."
